How do I fill out a group meeting report?

As part of our Journey Group leader’s responsibilities, we will need to fill out a meeting report for our groups each week following our meeting. This report can be accessed through our church website. I will need to walk you through filling it out. Below is a step-by-step process for filling out this report. Try it out, and if you have questions, give me a call (690-8100).

1) Visit the church website at www.fumctupelo.com.

2) Click the link at the bottom, middle of the page that says "Find information about Journey Groups"

3) At the bottom of the next page, you will need to type a password in the box that says, "Leaders, log in here". (Email me for the password.)

4) From the list, select "Group Reports"

5) Next, select the option on the top of the page that says, "Group meeting report form"

6) Select your group from the list of groups.

7) Select the option that says, "Add new meeting"

8) Now, you will need to fill in the appropriate information for the report. First, change the meeting date to the actual date your group met. Second, check the participants who were present for the meeting. Third, fill out any meeting notes the group needs to know about such as reading assignments, discussion questions for the next week, etc. Fourth, list any prayer requests that may have been mentioned. Fifth, type the email address you want replies sent to, if someone has a question. Last, check the box that will send a copy to the entire group.

9) Click "Send and Save meeting information" and you are done!
