REBUILDING BLOCKS OF RECOVERY

2013 Spring Session will be held March 4 - May 13

An 11 week workshop for individuals who are divorced, divorcing, separated, or recovering from a broken relationship.  The program is offered twice yearly during the fall and spring.

The workshops are offered on Monday nights and are open to the general public.  Those who commit to the program are asked to attend all sessions.  These workshops are not a replacement for counseling.

Topics include:  Introduction/Communication, Adaptation, Grief, Anger, Self-worth/Self-Esteem, Love, Transition, Trust, Relationships/Relatedness, Sexuality, and Celebration.

Broken Rainbows is available for children in the 1st-8th grades whose parent is enrolled.  The emphasis is on helping children deal with the feelings they are experiencing during this time.  No additional charge for children to participate.

Pre-registration is required along with the $35 registration fee.  Scholarships are available.  Workshop is limited to 35 participants.
