Congregational Care
Functions to provide care to those who are unable to attend normal church functions due to various limiting factors, health concerns being primary. Also, provides care to those who have suffered the loss of a loved one through the provision of a meal prior to or after a funeral service.

- Activities are limited to phone calls or other means of non-contact communication.
- No meals are being provided for funeral services.
- Some deliveries of care packages and flowers continue, with additional considerations for preparation and limited-contact delivery.
Phase Three
- In-home visits could occur if both parties agree and serious risk factors are not present.
- Meals for funerals could resume with additional precautions taken for meal preparation and serving.
Phase Four
- Return to normal operations, with any additional precautions deemed necessary for safe congregational care.
