Phases Two and Three
Phase 4
- Kitchen is closed. Only chef is allowed in kitchen area.
- No staff or volunteers will be allowed in the kitchen area.
- Only emergency or curbside food will be prepared.
- If curbside is offered, all food will be delivered to the vehicles.
- Gloves are required and must be properly changed after each task.
- Face covering is required.
- Apron is required.
Phases Two and Three
- Kitchen is now open for curbside or walk-in pickup
- Food will be in disposable containers and will only come through pass through areas
- Plexiglass will be installed in pass-through area
- Volunteers are allowed in kitchen only if chef is present. All volunteers will be subject to the following:
- Temperature checks
- Must be registered for the event in the kitchen
- Hand washing before starting each task
- Hand washing after bathroom use or breaks
- Gloves must be worn and replaced after each task
- Face coverings must be worn correctly at all times, covering mouth and nose
- Apron must be worn
Phase 4
- Kitchen is open and supervised by Chef
- Events scheduled as normal
- Eat-in, walk-in pickup, and curbside available
